摘要: 针对推杆活齿减速机容易出现干涉磨损、烧坏报废的现象,作者提出了满足最大重合度、最小压力角、最佳受力条件的齿形优化设计方法.即设计参数应首先满足顶切临界条件,此时可获得多对(rb,a)参数,由于不出现顶切干涉,因此它们都满足最大重合度的优化要求.其次,为减小压力角,改善受力条件,提高传动效率,可对偏心距a进行适当调整,使之在满足上述条件的同时满足推杆活齿移动副受力最佳条件:rb=2a+M,M=1~2mm.从中获得最优的偏心距a、滚子半径rb来进行内齿圈齿形曲线的优化设计.并结合工厂的生产实际问题进行了实际的应用.
