摘要: 结构可靠性设计中把材料性能、构件尺寸及外来因素作为随机变量,而实际工程结构或构件安全工作的界限不但是随机的,一般也是模糊的,把它作为模糊随机事件来处理更为合理,即进行模糊随机可靠度设计. 

关键词: 随机; 模糊; 可靠度; 功能函数;

Abstract: In general, the material performance, element size and factors ab extra are regarded as random variables of structured reliability design. But the limit of safety work about actual engineering structure or element is fuzzy as well as random. It is more reasonable that it is regarded as fazzy and random event, (i.e. fuzzy) and random reliability design.
