Experimental Study on Alcohol Component System Batch Distillation Separation

摘要: 根据间歇精馏塔特点,对塔的基本特性进行初步研究,得出气液负荷与压降、气体流量与持液量的关系,同时确定了一定条件下的理论板数与动能因子之间的关系.在此基础上,选择最佳的操作条件对乙醇、正丙醇、正丁醇物系进行分离实验研究,结果表明:对于小批量的醇组分物系分离,采用间歇精馏的分离方式,可以达到乙醇收率87%.
