固-化学反应制备纳米级氧化锆的工艺研究

Study on Solid State Preparation of Nanometer Zirconia

摘要: 采用氯氧化锆和草酸为原料进行低热固相反应,从而得到草酸氧锆前驱物,前驱物经煅烧得到纳米级ZrO2粉体.对前驱物进行了TG-DSC分析,对球磨条件、焙烧条件及其对产物粒径的影响进行探讨,并对分解产物进行XRD测定和TEM扫描.结果表明:产物粒度分布均匀,无明显团聚现象,纯度高,得到四方相为主的纳米氧化锆粉体,其平均粒径在11 nm左右.

Abstract: A new method to prepare ZrO2 nanoparticles is described.Precursors of ZrO2 were synthesized by solid state reaction of ZrOCl2·8H2O to C2H2O4·2H2O.Precursors were characterized by TG/DSC and the properties of zirconia were studied with aids of XRD,TEM.The effect of grinding and calcination on crystal was also investigated.The result shows that ultrafine zirconia with average particle size of 11nm has high purity and even distribution,and the main phase of the powder is tetragonal phase.
