生物柴油掺烧比的优化研究

Optimal Study of Blend Proportion of Biodiesel

摘要: 通过柴油发动机台架试验进行生物柴油掺烧比的优化研究,采用均匀设计方法进行试验方案设计以及二次多项式逐步回归法对发动机特性试验数据进行回归分析,求得基于发动机的经济特性、动力特性和排放特性指标单项优化及综合优化的最佳掺烧比.结果表明,随着生物柴油掺烧比例的增加,发动机呈现出CO和烟度排放逐渐减小、功率下降、NO 排放量增加、油耗率增大的现象;25%的生物柴油掺烧比使得发动机整体性能最优.

Abstract: It studies the optimal proportion of biodiesel blended with diesel by an engine test.It used the uniform design method to design experimental programs,established the quadratic polynomial stepwise regression model of testing data,and with economic characteristics,dynamic characteristics and emission characteristics as indicators for the evaluation,found out the optimal proportion,based on the evaluations individually optimized and comprehensively optimized.The results show that CO,smoke and power reduce gradually,but fuel consumption and NO increases with increasing proportion of bio-diese1.And the optimal proportion of bio·diesel is 25% .
