电热水器牺牲阳极失效报警控制器设计

摘要: 牺牲阳极法是一种常用的电热水器内胆保护方法.根据该方法在实际应用的时候所存在的失效难发现、不便检查等主要缺点,以牺牲阳极失效报警和在保护失效后保护内胆为主要目的,采用555定时器和比较器为主体结构,设计了一款兼具报警和控制功能的牺牲阳极失效报警装置.可以有效地保障热水器使用的安全.

Abstract: Sacrificial anode is a useful method of CO/TOsion prevention for the inner of electric water heaters,but this method has its weak point,which is diffcuh to check and find out if the anode has lost effectiveness.So to warn users and protect the inner when anode failed,an electronic appliance was designed for warning and control,based on 555 timer and comparator.The applicance can keep the water header safe.
