大圆形轨双桥架式起重机桥架的结构刚度设计

摘要: 介绍一种特种起重机桥架的设计,针对该起重机桥架置于室外高空、旋转半径大、受风力影响大、振动较大等问题,通过力学分析和反复试验,桥架结构采用1个主桁架和4个副桁架构成,截面为正置三角形,桁架采用圆钢管焊接结构,提高桥架的刚度,降低桥架的重心和受风面积,使起重机振动小,工作平稳,安全性能高.

Abstract: It introduces the design of a special crane bridge. Aiming at the problems with the crane bridges being put outside at high altitudes, having a large gyration radius, and suffering from big wind impact and heavy vibration, it presents the design of the bridge structure consisting of one main truss and four attached trusses with the crosssection like a set triangular and the trusses being welded by circular steel. A mechanical analysis and repeated experiments were done to raise the stiffness of the bridge, to lower the gravity center and to reduce the area covered by the wind of the bridge so as to make the vibration smaller so that it works smoothly with high safety performance.
