摘要: 基于PWM变换技术,探讨矩阵变换器的控制原理,提出一种新型开关器件的换流控制方案,来抑制器件在开关转换过程中的浪涌电压,仿真结果验证了该原理的可行性.

Abstract: This paper studies the control principle of matrix converter,based on the technotogy of PWM,analyzes the switch on/off mode of matrix converter power modules,and presents a novel control scheme of switching power modules to overcome the surge voltage during the process of the power modules switching on/off.The simulating results based on Simetrix 4.2 and Matlab are presented at last.
