基于排队论的生产物流运输资源优化配置方法

摘要: 按单生产模式企业的生产物流运作过程具有很大的动态性和不确定性,给企业的物流运输资源配置带来了很大难题.在考虑制造企业全年生产物流需求的动态性、不确定性、运输资源可替换、工作时间的约束下,基于排队论提出了一种以物流系统运作总成本为优化目标的运输资源的优化配置方法.在案例中,使用遗传算法进行求解,结果表明,此优化配置方法是可行有效的.

Abstract: The dynamics and uncertainties in production logistics process of made-to-order (MTO) manufacturing enterprises make the configuration of production logistics transportation resources difficult. This paper proposes an optimal configuration method whose object is to minimize the total operating cost of the production logistics system in consideration of the dynamics and uncertainties of production logistics requirements of manufacturing enterprise in the whole year, replaceability of logistic transportation resources and the constraints of working hours. In a case study, the optimal genetic algorithm is used to solve the configuration formulation and proves quite effective.
