镓取代掺铈YAG荧光粉的合成机理及性能研究

摘要: 采用化学共沉淀法合成了镓取代的掺铈钇铝石榴石 (YAGG:Ce) 荧光粉.通过TG和FTIR分析了样品合成过程中的反应机理,根据XRD晶相结构和XPS表面元素分析讨论了Ga取代后晶体结构与表面元素组成,并用光谱分析了Ga掺杂浓度对样品发光性能的影响状况.实验结果表明,镓离子取代基质中的铝离子后XRD图谱峰出现向小角度方向移动的现象,发光光谱的强度受Ga取代浓度的影响.

Abstract: A series of Gallium-substituted Cerium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (YAGG:Ce) phosphors were produced by co-precipitation. The formation process and structure of the Ga3+-substituted phosphor powders are characterized by TG, FTIR, XRD and XPS, and the impacts of Ga3+ concentration on the luminescence properties have been investigated. The results show that the blue shift occurs after Ga3+ replaces Al3+ in matrix, and the intensity of emission spectrum is affected by the concentration of Ga3+.
