进气歧管的管长和管径对发动机性能影响的探讨

摘要: 在建立发动机一维仿真模型的基础上,应用发动机仿真分析软件AVL BOOST对不同进气歧管结构进行模拟计算.结果表明,不同管长和管径对发动机扭矩、充气效率的影响显著,为下一阶段开发试验,有效解决进气歧管管长、管径等参数对发动机动力性能影响的问题提供了理论依据.

Abstract: On the basis of the establishment of onedimensional simulation model for the engine, engine simulation software AVL BOOST was applied to simulate the effects of different intake manifold pipe lengths and diameters on engine performance. The results show that the impact of pipe length and diameter on the engine torque and volumetric efficiency is significant. It provides a theoretical basis for further development and testing to solve the problem with the effects of the intake manifold pipe length and diameter on engine performance.
