摘要: 在建立汽车动力总成悬置系统振动六自由度力学模型的基础上,对系统的固有特性、静力和振动传递率等性能进行分析,结合MATLAB软件对潍柴WP12336 N动力总成悬置系统应用于大金龙客车6120Y进行了仿真计算和评价,结果表明悬置系统的优劣程度直接影响发动机振动能量的传递、整车的振动和噪声.

Abstract: It establishes a mounting system in six degrees of freedom, based on the mechanical model, and analyzes the performance of the natural characteristics and static and vibration transmission rate of the system. With MATLAB software, computer simulation and evaluation were conducted of the application of Weichai WP12.336N mounting system to King-Long 6120Y. The results indicate that the quality of the mounting system has direct influence on the delivery of the engine vibration energy and on the vehicle noise and vibration.
