摘要:

既有建筑受当时设计方法和建筑技术的限制,其节能性无法达到现代建筑的要求,从而对环境造成较大的影响.本文试以增城一小型既有博物馆为例,运用绿色建筑分析软件Ecotect对建筑热环境和光环境进行优化模拟对比和分析.研究结果表明,采用自然通风、遮阳隔热等被动式设计后的建筑热环境和光环境较原始建筑有明显改善,这为岭南地区既有建筑的节能优化设计提供理论参考.

Abstract:

 To certain extent, existing buildings are limited by design and technology. Their poor energy efficiencies cannot reach current standards and cause irreversible influences on the environment. Using Ecotect, the efficiency of a small museum in Zengcheng City is simulated and analyzed. The result demonstratesthat after using natural ventilation and heat insulation designs, the architectural environment including lighting is much improved, which may provide a theoretical basis for architectural enhancement in the Lingnan region.
