摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在H₂SO₄-KBr介质中,碘酸根能氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ使之褪色,且褪色的程度与KIO3的存在量呈线性关系,借此建立了分光光度法测定碘的新方法。在选定条件下,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为530nm,碘的含量在0～4mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.07×10³m²/mol。方法简单、快速、准确、选择性好,在用于测定加碘食盐中的微量碘时,结果满意。更多还原
