Antibacterial Activity of Novel Quinoline Derivatives Containing Piperazine

摘要: 为了寻找高效抑菌活性的新型药物,考察了13种含哌嗪基的喹啉衍生物对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性.结果表明:化合物3i、3j对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有良好的抗菌效果,最低抑菌质量浓度为0.07 mg/mL.

Abstract: To develop novel antibacterial medicinals with high activity,antibacterial tests of 1 3 novel quinoline derivatives containing piperazine were conducted.The experimental results show that the compounds 3i and 3j possess good antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus,and their MICs ale 0.07 mg/mL.
