摘要: 为缩短方程式比赛用车的设计时间,并快速高效地设计出符合要求的车型,利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS完成了某中国大学生方程式(FSAE)赛车的整车建模和操纵稳定性仿真分析.介绍了在ADAMS/Car模块中建立多体动力学模型的要点和过程,通过与实际比赛时的比较,验证了模型的准确性,对虚拟样车模型进行操纵稳定性能试验仿真并结合标准QC/T4801999进行分值评价.结果表明,该赛车具有明显的不足转向特性,符合设计要求.

Abstract: Since its inception, Chinese Students Formula competition has attracted more than 50 colleges and universities, which has greatly enhanced the designing and manufacturing capabilities of the students in the schools. In order to shorten the designing time of formula SAE racing cars and to design the compliant model quickly and efficiently, the dynamic simulation on software ADAMS was used to establish a Chinese university students formula SAE (FSAE) vehicle model, and the handling stability of the car was simulated and analyzed. The main points and process of the establishment of multibody dynamics model in the ADAMS were introduced, and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparing it with the actual results in the competition. By testing and simulating the handing stability of the virtual prototype, the score was evaluated with the combination of the standard QC/T4801999. The experimental results show that this design meets the designing requirements because the formula racing car model has the obvious characteristic of under steering.
