The Phase Transition Performance of Na2HPO4·12H2O in Porous Medium

摘要: 将熔融的相变储能材料Na2HPO4·12H2O浸渗到多孔材料碳海绵、泡沫镍、泡沫铜中,制备出3种多孔基体Na2HPO4·12H2O复合材料体系.复合相变材料体系在55 ℃的恒温水浴箱中熔融,然后放置在20 ℃空气中冷却,并进行多次循环试验.采用温度数据采集仪采集复合相变材料体系的熔融和冷却时的温度变化数据,测得相变材料的相变熔化温度和过冷度;采用扫描电镜观察复合相变材料的结构形貌.实验结果表明:多孔材料对相变材料的熔化温度几乎没有影响,但减小了Na2HPO4·12H2O的过冷度,缩短了相变材料开始相变的时间和加快了熔化过程.

Abstract: Three kinds of porous matrixNa2HPO4〖KG-*3〗·〖KG-*3〗12H2O composite materials were prepared by the molten phase change material Na2HPO4〖KG-*3〗·〖KG-*3〗12H2O which was  infiltrated  into the porous material carbon sponge, foam nickel,  foam copper. Composite phase change materials were melted at 55 ℃ in a constant temperature water bath, and then cooled at 20 ℃ in room air. A number of cycle tests were conducted. Temperature data logger acquisition was used to collect temperature change data of composite phase change materials when the phase change materials were melted and cooled. Then, phase change material melting temperature and phase transition undercooking were measured, using scanning electron microscopy to observe the structure and morphology of composite phase change materials.The experimental results show that though a porous material has almost no effect on the melting temperature of the phase change material, it can reduce the undercooking of Na2HPO4〖KG-*3〗·〖KG-*3〗12H2O and shorten the melting start of the phase change material and the melting process. 
