摘要: 研究了图像清晰度与图像纹理惯性矩之间的关系,提出了基于惯性矩的图像融合的新方法,分析了该方法的可行性,并通过方法的实现和实际应用检验了该方法的有效性.

Abstract: The relationship between image clarity and texture inertia is discussed in the article.Based on inertia quadrature,a new image-fusion method is introduced.The method’s feasibility is analyzed,and its efficiency is also proved by practical uses.
