The Effects of the Preparation Conditions of Polyvinyl Alcohol-Chitosan Hydrogel on Its Swelling Ration

摘要: 研究了聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖质量比、溶剂醋酸溶液体积、交联剂戊二醛浓度等对聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖水凝胶溶胀性能的影响,正交实验的结果表明当聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖质量比为2、溶剂醋酸体积为100 mL、交联剂戊二醛的浓度为0.213 mol/L时凝胶溶胀度最大.凝胶溶胀度随着聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖质量比、交联剂戊二醛浓度的增大而减小,随着溶剂醋酸溶液体积增加而增大.

Abstract: Polyvinyl alcohol-chitosan hydrogel is synthesized.The effects of the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan,the volume of acetum,the concentration of crosslinker on swelling ration are studied and optimized using orthogonal experimental method.The results show that the swelling ration of hydrogel is biggest when gelled at 55℃ with a volume of acetum of 100mL,a polyvinyl alcohol to chitosan ratio of 2,and a concentration of crosslinker of 0.213mol/L.The swelling ration of polyvinyl alcohol-chitosan hydrogel increases when the mass ratio ofpolyvinyl alcohol and chitosan and the concentration of crosslinker reduce and the volume of acetum increases.
