可生物降解高分子助洗剂P(AA-co-MDO)的制备与性能

摘要: 以丙烯酸(AA)、2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧环庚烷(MDO)为共聚反应单体,采用水溶液聚合法合成了一种绿色环保型高分子助洗剂.考察了反应时间、MDO含量、引发剂含量、聚合反应温度等对共聚产物性能的影响.结果表明:合成的P(AA-co-MDO)共聚物具有优良、可控的助洗性能和生物降解性能,钙螯合力可达到531.32 mg(CaCO3)·g-1,碳酸钙分散力133.03 mg(CaCO3)·g-1,28 d的生物降解率为62.1%.

Abstract: A novel green polymer detergent builder was prepared by solution polymerization with 2-methylene-1,3-dioxepane(MDO) and acrylic acid (AA) as monomers. The effects of reaction time, MDO content, initiator content, and polymerization temperature on the properties of copolymer were investigated. The results show that synthetic copolymer P(AA-co-MDO) has excellent but controllable washing assisting properties and biodegradability. The chelating capacity, dispersing of P(AA-co-MDO) copolymer are 531.32 mg(CaCO3)·g-1, 133.03 mg(CaCO3)·g-1 respectively. The biodegradation rate is as high as 62.1% within 28 days.
