摘要: 介绍了毛细管流动分析仪的测试原理和在微孔隔膜孔径分布表征中的应用.选用国产聚丙烯微孔隔膜,测试得到的孔径大小与扫描电镜观察到的结果接近.相比常用的压汞仪,采用无毒测试介质的毛细管流动分析仪具有测试压力低、只测试最窄通孔直径、对材料没有破坏性等特点,因此在微孔隔膜结构表征领域的应用更具有优势.

Abstract: The principle of capillary flow porometry and its application in the pore size distribution of microporous separator are introduced.The polypropylene microporous separator was used,and the obtained pore size is near that obtained by scanning electrical microscopy.Compared with mercury intrusion porosimetry,capillary flow porometry has such advantages as no use of toxic liquid,low test pressure,and with only the throat diameter of through pore
tested,no damage to samples.Th erefore,it is more useful in the structure characterization of mieroporous separators.
