Application of the Extenics Conjugate Theory in the Analysis of Patent Resources

Abstract: By applying the Extenics Conjugate Theory into the analysis of patent resources, a study is conducted on issues including the materiality of the virtual and the real, the systematic property of the soft and the hard, the dynamic nature of the covert and the overt, and the contrariness of the negative versus the positive. The analysis method of Extenics conjugate theory is adopted to study the conjugate relation between the patent and stuff, and to solve various contradictory problems of patent creation, protection and application. It contributes a lot to the creation of the social and economic value of patents through the application of the Extenics Conjugate Theory for wide and deep resources analysis of patents, for the warning of potential risks and hidden dangers, for proper patent layout in domestic and worldwide market, and for the future development by high breadth patent navigation.
