Research on Performance Evaluation of New R&D Institutions in Guangdong Province Efficiency Analysis Based on DEA Model

Abstract: Based on the perspective of government management and the development of institutions themselves, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of new R&D institutions in Guangdong Province, and evaluates the performance of new R&D institutions in Guangdong Province by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, It is found that there are significant differences in the input-output efficiency of the new-type R&D institutions in different regions, different attributes and different types of R&D. On the basis of the research results, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the follow-up management and high-quality development.
