The Application of BIM Technology in the Field of Engineering Cost Based on Knowledge Graph

Abstract: CiteSpace is used to compare and analyze the knowledge atlas of Chinese and foreign periodicals, taking the BIM technology included in CNKI and Web of Science as the research sample. The results show that the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in engineering cost has developed rapidly in recent years, and the research is divided into four stages: development stage, extension stage, transition stage and innovation stage. “Construction Engineering” and “Management” are the common research hot spots at home and abroad. The future trends abroad are “Sustainable Development” and “Periodic Evaluation”, while “Fine Management” and “Personnel Training” are the future research trends at home and abroad. Based on this, the representative BIM technology (Lu Ban software and Innovaya) at home and abroad is described in detail. The research results can be used for reference to understand the application of BIM technology in engineering cost.
