Flow Stress Behaviors of the Elevated Temperature Deformation for 7055 Aluminum Alloy

Abstract: The Flow Stress of the compression deformation for 7055 aluminum alloy in the range of 250~450 ℃ is studied by isothermal compression of Gleeble-1500.The results show that the flow stress is controlled by strain tate and deformation temperature:the flow stress increases with increase of strain rate and decreases with increase of temperature,and the flow stress of 7055 aluminum alloy during high temperature deformation can be described by Zener-hollomon parameter.
