Abstract: Based on the diffusion theory during laminar flow,a passive vortex micromixer with higher mixing efficiency by rotation of fluids themselves in the mixer is designed.A simplified fabrication technique for the polymethylmethacrylate micromixer is introduced.Without adhesive, the whole process of the seal can be realized by screw fixation in ultra-pure water.and this way can be explained in theory. The depth of mixing chamber, machined surface roughness and appearance of micromixer were also characte...
