Influence of Dispersion Mode on Stability of Carbon-black Nano-suspensions

Abstract: To select suitable dispersion equipment,magnetic stirring dispersion,ultrasonic dispersion and ball milling dispersion were experimental researched with w(nano-carbon-black)=0.05 % in Ethylene Glycol aqueous solutions.Magnetic stirring and ultrasonic waves were dispersed at room temperature,and dispersion time was 30 min.The rotational speed of ball milling dispersion was 300 r/min,and ball milling time was 4 h.Gum Arabic was used as dispersant,and w(Gum Arabic) was 0.1%.The results show that th...
