Simulation of the Effects of the Connecting Passage on Air Flow Field in the Swirl Chamber

Abstract: The law of the gas’ change in pressure and temperture in the swirl chamber can be got,through using FLUENT software,from the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the combustion process of S195 swirl chamber of diesel engine.Through the comparative analysis,the impact of the connecting passage on air flow field at different angles in the swirl chamber can be obtained.
