The Solution to the Sylvester Matrix Rank Equation

Abstract: With the matrix rank decomposition,necessary and sufficient conditions are given for the Sylvester matrix rank equation to have solutions under the constraint conditions of rank,and the general solution to the Sylvester matrix rank equation is obtained.
