Abstract: The equipment serves as an experimental platform to simulate the actual machining environment．It introduces its mechanical structure design，motion control of the stepper motor，microcontroller and the computerg serial port communication，the sensor~analog-digital conversion，software features，interface design and prototype production．The results show that the test benchg overall performance in this experiment can meet the design requests，and
that the experimental effects are obvious．
