Research on the Application of Deformable Modeling Based on ACIS

Abstract: Different methods for surface deformation were discussed. Then, the forms and parameters of deformation in the deformable modeling module were introduced. Finally, a simple 3D application program of deformation, based on ACIS, was proposed. The results show that ACIS makes it more convenient to develop the application program of deformation. 
