Abstract: The problems of small town construction in the process of urbanization are paid more and more attention to.After investigating the practice and analyzing in depth the problems of small town construction in Guangzhou,on the basis of relative theory,the theory of"organic centralization"of small town construction inGuangzhou and its relatively new method are advanced.The purpose is to treat the basic rules of small town development and direct the small town development in Guangzhou using rational theory.
