Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 1-9.
DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.170106
There is an urgent need for efficient manufacturing solutions to be successful in increasing mass individualization demands. Under the tendency of personalization and servitization, social manufacturing has been proposed as a mass individualization paradigm is proposed. Since the centralized management platform can not meet the self-organizing demands among prosumers' community, which is usually oriented by emerging open architecture and open source product under social manufacturing context, a community construction model based on blockchain technique and its related computing paradigm. The configuration and operation methods of blockchain for community are presented, including the decentralized consensus algorithm, smart contract, multi-form typology and dynamic evolution of prosumers' relationship. A demonstrative prototype decentralized application developed based on Ethereum blockchain programming language is presented to validate the proposed model. The goal is to reduce the complexities of mass individualization in the dynamic production flows management, and improve the social characteristic and flexibility of work-in-process for individualized manufacturing demands.

Cai Nian, Li Fei-yang, Chen Wen-jie, Chen Wei-jian
Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 29-33.
DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.170073
With the urbanization extending at a high speed, the sustainable development of cities becomes a significant agenda for government policy makers. In order to effectively develop the strategy of smart growth, an evaluation model is proposed. First, principle component analysis (PCA) is applied to quantify the level of smart growth. Then, support vector regression (SVR) is employed to predict annual variation tendency of each indicator of smart growth. Finally, the total scores of smart growth are calculated for selecting an optimal solution to smart growth. The experiment results show that the proposed evaluation model can accurately measure the level of smart growth and predict the situation of smart growth in the future, which provides a comprehensive decision guidance for rational and healthy development of cities.

Li Feng-chun, Zhou Wei-ji, Huang Shi-qi
Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 45-51.
DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.160132
Evaluation of urban land use comprehensive benefit and diagnosis of its obstacle indicators would be greatly helpful for sustainable land use. A concept of urban land use comprehensive benefit is introduced and a theoretical model established to assess the land comprehensive benefit. The evaluation index system is built with the indices of economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits, with TOPSIS method and obstacle degree model used. Results show (1) that the degree of land comprehensive benefit generally experiences four development processes from low performance, medium, good to superior and (2) that the obstacle degree of land economic benefits is maximum, such as average revenue (C2), and the average social commodity sales (C9). After 2012, the obstacle degree of social benefits and environmental benefits of land was maximum; and (3) that in the long run, the effect of social benefit and ecological environment benefit on land comprehensive benefit is increasing continuously.

Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 73-79.
DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.170043
Based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), 987 articles with the keyword "mobile commerce" are retrieved, and using the method of bibliometrics, social network analysis, and key words co-occurrence methods, in combination with Citespace, Ucinet, Netdraw tools, hot spots and trends in mobile commerce research from 2000~2015 in China, such as research focus and research direction from the perspective of the high-frequency group, keyword co-occurrence, the time evolution of keywords and so on, are revealed. The results shows that mobile e-commerce technology research mainly focus on the development of mobile payment. The application of mobile e-commerce mainly concerns its industrial chain and business model innovation. Moreover, enterprise application and information security are also research hot spots. At the same time, the application of mobile e-commerce is also constantly expanding toward the network community and location-based services and other emerging models.

An Experimental Study of Nansha Zinc Contaminated Sludge Solidification with Cement and Lime
Liang Shi-hua, Luo Qi, Wang Meng, Liu Yong-jian, Yin Ying-mei, Jiang Zhi-yuan
Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 80-85.
DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.160107
Zinc pollution sludge in Nansha (Guangzhou) was solidified and stabilized by the lime and cement. The mechanical property of solidified soil and zinc ions leaching rate were studied respectively through the unconfined compressive strength test and leaching test. The relationship of the unconfined compressive strength with the changes of lime dosage and the age has been obtained, meanwhile the relationship of the lime dosage and zinc ions leaching quantity also derived. The solidified soil samples with different ratio of composition are observed that they have different microstructure characteristics by the electronic microscope. Research shows that the strength of solidified soil has significant increase with the increasing of age and the amount of lime, and the zinc ions leaching concentration has greatly reduced. What's more, zinc ions leaching rate in the zinc pollution soil was to zero with the 15% cement+10% lime repair below 3 000 mg/kg. In conclusion, H2 (15% cement+10% lime) has better effect in curing and repairing, which is associated with the microstructure of hydration products of solidified soil.

The Reductive Mechanism of Prop-1-ene-1,3-sultone as Solid Electrolyte Interphase Film-forming Additive for Lithium Ion Battery
Zeng Li-zhen, Zheng Xiong-wen
Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 86-90.
DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.170046
The mechanism for the reduction of Prop-1-ene-1,3-sultone (PES) on anode of lithium ion battery is understood by theoretical calculation at the B3LYP/6-311++G (d, p) level of density functional theory with the polarized continuum models (PCM). It is found that PES in solvent is reduced prior to PC to form PES+e by the obtained frontier molecular orbital energy and electron affinity. The structure of PES+e is unstable, and prone to a spontaneous rearrangement to form PES-1 or PES-2 by the breaking of C1-O2 or O2-S7. The transition state (TS) is optimized and confirmed by vibrational frequency analysis and intrinsic reaction coordinate (IRC) method. The bond orders and atomic charge distribution of the stable points along the minimum energy path (MEP) are analyzed using the natural bond orbital (NBO) method at the B3LYP/6-311++G (d, p) level of DFT. The negative charge is mostly distribution on -SO2 group in PES+e, based on the structures, bond order and Charge distribution analyses, and it is known that PES+e experiences the breaking of C1-O2 or O2-S7 to form a stable open cyclic anion radical (PES-1 or PES-2).

High Efficiency Selective Oxidation of Toluene to Benzoic Acid with Manganese Oxides
Liao Shu-huan, Cheng Gao, He Bin-bin, Yu Lin
Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 96-102.
DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.170068
Selective oxidation of toluene to benzoic acid is an important reaction in small molecular organic chemical, which is a most efficient method for increasing addition value of cheap aromatic hydrocarbon. In four different temperatures, some reactants with same proportion are taken as the raw material, investigating the effect of temperature on catalyst forming. The selective catalytic oxidation of benzoic acid and toluene in liquid phase as the probe reaction, and obtaining manganese oxides are characterized by XRD, SEM, BET, H2 -TPR. According to results of characterization, the reasons of difference catalytic performance have been resolved. In reflux reaction system with mild reaction conditions, finally, the manganese oxides by 80℃ synthesizing obtain good catalytic performance and excellent selectivity of target product. It is shown that the toluene conversion is 44.67% and selectivity of benzoic acid is 79.18% in optimal reaction conditions.
