    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(1553KB)
There is an urgent need for efficient manufacturing solutions to be successful in increasing mass individualization demands. Under the tendency of personalization and servitization, social manufacturing has been proposed as a mass individualization paradigm is proposed. Since the centralized management platform can not meet the self-organizing demands among prosumers' community, which is usually oriented by emerging open architecture and open source product under social manufacturing context, a community construction model based on blockchain technique and its related computing paradigm. The configuration and operation methods of blockchain for community are presented, including the decentralized consensus algorithm, smart contract, multi-form typology and dynamic evolution of prosumers' relationship. A demonstrative prototype decentralized application developed based on Ethereum blockchain programming language is presented to validate the proposed model. The goal is to reduce the complexities of mass individualization in the dynamic production flows management, and improve the social characteristic and flexibility of work-in-process for individualized manufacturing demands.

    Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 15-21.   DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.170080
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(499KB)
Indoor localization methods of simple structure are hard to construct a complex indoor signal model, which leads to a poor position result. To solve this problem, a RFB-SDAE algorithm is proposed. The algorithm uses a deep learning structure to establish a deep nonlinear learning model to improve the indoor position accuracy. It removes the redundant information from fingerprint acquisition by the method of simplification and preprocessing. Via the pertaining and parameter adjustment of the networks of stacked denoising auto encoder, it acquires a more exact indoor wireless signal model which is used for indoor localization. The experimental result shows that, compared with stacked denoising auto encoder (SDAE) and single neural network, the RFB-SDAE has improved its accuracy and shortened its execution time.

    Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 22-28.   DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.160149
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(586KB)
A hybrid optimization algorithm combining differential evolution and particle swarm optimization is proposed to solve the non-convex programming problem of nonlinear optimal multi-peak of power system optimal power flow. By using the two-species evolutionary strategy, the particle swarm optimization algorithm and the differential evolution algorithm are used to optimize iterations. The information sharing mechanism is used to co-evolve the two populations in the process of optimization. An aging mechanism and a mechanism of elite selection are proposed to dynamically change the lifetime of the particle according to its guiding ability. In the case of lack of bootstrap capability, a polynomial mutation strategy is adopted to produce a competitor to compete with the optimal particle, so that the global optimization ability of the algorithm is enhanced. Simulation results show that the algorithm has high convergence speed and high precision, and it is effective and feasible.

Zheng Yong-min, Bao Hong, Zhang Jing
    Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 52-55.   DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.160179
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(2183KB)
Denoising in wavelet analysis sets the threshold to eliminate the wavelet coefficients of the noise, which filters some useful speech signals and reduces voice quality. In order to resolve the problem, a new speech denoising method based on Wiener filter and wavelet analysis is proposed. According to the characteristic of the least mean square error of the Wiener filter, the method filters out most of the noise signal, and then denoises it by the wavelet analysis. Experiments is carried out in simulation, and the results reveal that the method is more improved than wavelet analysis in terms of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and speech quality.

Xu Huan-fen, Liu Wei, Xie Yue-shan
    Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 65-72.   DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.160124
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(665KB)
A fireworks algorithm based on dual population is proposed to solve optimization problems. A dual population strategy is used to amend the shortcomings, i.e. slow convergence and bad population diversity of the existing fireworks algorithms. Each of two populations is running independently. Meanwhile, they alternately perform the hill-climbing and collaborative operator during the evolution process. Therein, the hill-climbing operator can enhance the local search performance of the proposed algorithm. And the collaborative operator is utilized to maintain the population diversity, avoiding getting stuck in local optimal regions. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm improves the setting of the maximum amplitude of the explosion and uses the tournament selection strategy to improve the convergence rate. The experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm is superior to the compared algorithms in terms of the stabilization and reliability for most of test problems. It has higher accuracy lever and faster convergence rate.

    Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 80-85.   DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.160107
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(1532KB)
Zinc pollution sludge in Nansha (Guangzhou) was solidified and stabilized by the lime and cement. The mechanical property of solidified soil and zinc ions leaching rate were studied respectively through the unconfined compressive strength test and leaching test. The relationship of the unconfined compressive strength with the changes of lime dosage and the age has been obtained, meanwhile the relationship of the lime dosage and zinc ions leaching quantity also derived. The solidified soil samples with different ratio of composition are observed that they have different microstructure characteristics by the electronic microscope. Research shows that the strength of solidified soil has significant increase with the increasing of age and the amount of lime, and the zinc ions leaching concentration has greatly reduced. What's more, zinc ions leaching rate in the zinc pollution soil was to zero with the 15% cement+10% lime repair below 3 000 mg/kg. In conclusion, H2 (15% cement+10% lime) has better effect in curing and repairing, which is associated with the microstructure of hydration products of solidified soil.

The Reductive Mechanism of Prop-1-ene-1,3-sultone as Solid Electrolyte Interphase Film-forming Additive for Lithium Ion Battery
    Zeng Li-zhen, Zheng Xiong-wen
    Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2017, 34 (05): 86-90.   DOI: 10.12052/gdutxb.170046
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(1146KB)
The mechanism for the reduction of Prop-1-ene-1,3-sultone (PES) on anode of lithium ion battery is understood by theoretical calculation at the B3LYP/6-311++G (d, p) level of density functional theory with the polarized continuum models (PCM). It is found that PES in solvent is reduced prior to PC to form PES+e by the obtained frontier molecular orbital energy and electron affinity. The structure of PES+e is unstable, and prone to a spontaneous rearrangement to form PES-1 or PES-2 by the breaking of C1-O2 or O2-S7. The transition state (TS) is optimized and confirmed by vibrational frequency analysis and intrinsic reaction coordinate (IRC) method. The bond orders and atomic charge distribution of the stable points along the minimum energy path (MEP) are analyzed using the natural bond orbital (NBO) method at the B3LYP/6-311++G (d, p) level of DFT. The negative charge is mostly distribution on -SO2 group in PES+e, based on the structures, bond order and Charge distribution analyses, and it is known that PES+e experiences the breaking of C1-O2 or O2-S7 to form a stable open cyclic anion radical (PES-1 or PES-2).
