    Research on the Construction of Extension Transformation Based on Cognitive Science

    The construction of extension transformation is studied on the basis of cognitive science. First, the representation, organization and retrieval of informationelements in memory was discussed. Then, two cognitive models for simulating declarative memory retrieval during the construction of transformation were established. The experimental results show that two factors are related to the construction of transformation. One is the content of informationelements to be transformed while the other is the organization of informationelements in memory.

    Considering that on-line shopping lacks some practical sifting methods to help buyers sift shopping goods, it studies the issue of designing a clothes sifting system and implementing it on the computer according to the principle of extension strategy generation. It uses extension methods to build an extension model for clothes shopping, discusses the main steps of the strategy generation of clothes sifting. The experimental results show that the clothes sifting system is effective.

    A Study of the Mechanism of Pulsed Discharge on the Inactivation of M.aeruginosa

    The growth inhibition of M.aeruginosa was investigated in the packedbed plasma reactor from the aspects of the content of malonaldehyde (MDA), electrolysis on the membrane permeability, and changes in dissolved organic carbon (DOC) to analyze the mechanism of the inactivation of M.aeruginosa. The results show that the content of MDA of the test sample is higher than that of the control sample, but the difference between the test and control sample decreases. The electrolysis on the membrane permeability is 7130% and 8061%, respectively after 40 min and 60 min treatment, which are higher than those of the control sample (56% and 50%). In the storage period, the electrolysis on the membrane permeability increases rapidly, and then decreases, but it is still higher than that of the control sample. The content of DOC of the test sample is higher than that of the control sample immediately after 40 min and 60 min treatment. Then, the content of the test sample decreases while that of the control sample obviously increases from 604 mg/L to 1067 mg/L.

    Numerical Investigation of the Production of Electromagnetic Body Force by Coplanar Waveguide

    Low frequency microwaves propagate through coplanar waveguide in the quasistatic TEM mode, and the cross section electric field and magnetic field interact to produce electromagnetic body force along the coplanar waveguide. It investigated the influence of frequency on the density fields around the coplanar waveguide. The distribution of the electric field, magnetic field and electromagnetic body force in certain conditions was also discussed. The results show that in the same boundary conditions microwaves of lower frequency can lead to larger insertion loss and keep the quality of being better quasistatic TEM mode. The electromagnetic body force along the direction of coplanar waveguide can be produced through the mutual coupling of the electric field and magnetic field.

    It introduced the basic principles of the secondary optical design of LED. In addition, a reflector, based on the LED illumination system, was designed and simulated by using the TracePro optical software. The simulation results show that the illumination system is able to obtain uniform illumination, light collection and directional control. Physical products have been tested, and expectant results have been achieved. The flare’s shape and uniformity are judged by the standard gaussian function fitting and the standard deviation. The standard deviation demonstrates that the general shape and uniformity are basically in accordance with the requirements.

    It studies the existence of nontrivial solutions to an asymptotically linear elliptic problem with nonlinear boundary conditions on Ω,where Ω is a bounded smooth domain in RN(N≥3), and the nonlinear term f(x,u) is asymptotically linear with respect to u at infinity. By Ekeland’s variational principle and a variant version of Mountain Pass Theorem, it proves that there exist at least two nontrivial solutions if the nonnegative parameter SymbollA is small enough.

    A Hybrid Genetic Algorithm Based on the Search Algorithm of the Steepest Direction

    The search algorithm of the steepest direction is proposed to solve the optimization problem that the objective function is complex and the derivative is hard or impossible to obtain, The algorithm doesn’t need to obtain the derivative in its searching process, overcoming the weakness of needing to acquire the derivative during their searching process, which some other local search algorithms have. A hybrid genetic algorithm, based on the search algorithm of the steepest direction, is proposed. The algorithm combines the search algorithm of the steepest direction with the genetic algorithm effectively, enhancing the searching ability of the genetic algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved genetic algorithm is more effective than some current optimization algorithms.

    The Application of Multiobjective Evolutionary Algorithm in Collaborative Vehicle Routing

    To minimize the total cost of vehicle transport and to satisfy customers, it proposed a new mathematical model for multiobjective optimization of MultiDepot collaborative vehicle routing with time windows in logistics. For the sake of this multiobjective optimization, a multiobjective evolutionary algorithm, based on decomposition, was adopted. In this algorithm, a new encoding method, which was beneficial to producing feasible individual, was presented. The efficiency of the algorithm was improved due to the perfect encoding. Finally, a test was carried out. The results show that the proposed model can solve effectively the problem of collaborative vehicle routing in logistics.

    To reduce the influence of illumination,mean filter was used to weaken the influence of the noise on the image. Then,the method of studying the image was presented, based on the cooccurrence matrix of LAB colordifference——a new conception which was proposed on the basis of gray level cooccurrence matrix. Both color and texture features were extracted from the cooccurrence matrix of LAB colordifference. The experimental results show that the method fits closely with human perception.

    The Application of Roundness Error Measurement in the Detection of Badminton Appearance 

    It proposes a new method to detect automatically badminton appearance. First, images of badmintons were collected and processed in a series of steps. Then, by using the method of regiondependent segmentation, based on polarcoordinate, the feature points of binary images were located. Thirdly, the leastsquare method was adopted for fitting. Finally, the related indices were propounded to assess roundness errors. The experimental results prove that this method is feasible to differentiate badmintons of the C and D grades, making the nontouched online measurement possible.

    Considering that the neural network of Proportion Integration Differentiation (PID)can adjust online selflearning and has no static errors, it proposed an improved algorithm for classification of errors by analyzing the defects of the control method. Simulation was done for this improved algorithm. The results indicate that the improved algorithm can improve the performance of the network effectively.

    Based on the block diagram of the typical threeloop structure with regard to the coupling effect between the position loop and velocity loop, it proposed two simple, effective and practical selfturning controllers for brushless DC motor(BLDCM) by simplifying the block diagram of the velocity loop. Then, they were simulated. The simulation results show the validity of the control strategies.

    Different methods for surface deformation were discussed. Then, the forms and parameters of deformation in the deformable modeling module were introduced. Finally, a simple 3D application program of deformation, based on ACIS, was proposed. The results show that ACIS makes it more convenient to develop the application program of deformation. 

The overall program of lifting the bed body was designed and selected, motion and dynamic were analyzed, and the key institutional structures were designed.     Antimicrophyte Effect of the Compound Plant Medicine in -Ultrasonically-Enhanced Transdermall Drug Gel

    The antimicrophyte effect of the compound plant medicine in ultrasonicallyenhanced transdermal drug gel is studied. The transdermal drug contained the compound with Chinese Angelica, Fleeceflower Root, Lonicera japonica Thunb, Aloe and Lmenthol. Compounding so many plant medicines resulted in a significantly increased antimicrophyte effect, which might be due to accumulative effect plus analternation action.The experimental results show that the rate of sterilizing both Escherchia coli and Staphlococus aureus allare is more than 99 percent, and the rate of sterilizing Trichophyto rubrurn is 85.27 percent, but the rate of sterilizing candida aibicans is only 62.11 percent. The grade of outbody cytotoxicity test ranks the first, and the test result is in accordance with the official specification of China.

    Urea Increasing α-linolenic Acid Content of Linseed Oil in the Optimization Process

    Urea was employed to increase αlinolenic acid content of linseed oil. Conditions for Urea purifying αlinolenic acid process were optimized by using response surface analysis. Experimental results show the best conditions for it are as follows: the inclusion reaction mixture of fatty acid, urea, ethanol(quality than)= 1∶3∶7, the inclusion temperature is -20 ℃, and the inclusion time is 30 hours, when α-linolenic acid content is 93.27 %. The method is feasible for the development of new drugs, providing the basis for industrial production.

    Analysis of the Influence of Longspan Gantry Cranes Rigid Legs on Structure Stiffness

    Finite software was used to research the A5 Gantry Cranes designed by a company, whose span was 83 m. The research results indicate that the deflection of girder oversteps the formulations of General purpose gantry cranes (GB/T14406-93), coupled with a big lateral displacement. After a simple modification of the structure design for the rigid legs, the deflection of girder and the lateral displacement have reduced by 69.2% and 62.6%, respectively.

    It introduced the purpose and the type of the shield grouting briefly. On the assumption that other parameters are identical, through the example, it used  finite element program GTS to simulate the situations considering or not considering hardening process on shield grouting .The main results are as follows:with the advancing of the shield tunneling , because of longterm consolidation effect by grouting, the surface will produce further settlement. With the effect of grout hardening fully considered, sclerosis is monitored to control further settlement, which is an effective means of controlling strata settlement.
