    Reflectivity M easurement of Nonmetallic M aterials for C0,Lasers

    The die-board and PMMA reflectivity of CO2 laser were measured by the calorimetric method for the explanation how the kerf shape of laser cutting higher absorptive nonmetallic materials formed.The results indicate:1)that the reflectivity of perpendicular polarized beam will increase with the growth of the incident angle;2)that with the incident angle below 60 degrees the reflectivity of parallel polarized beam is small and it will diminish gradually with the growth of the incident angle while with the incident angle above 60 degrees the reflectivity will increase abruptly with further growth.The calculation results aye in accordance with the theoretical results.

    A Study of Swelling Properties and Volume Phase Transition of PEGDA/NIPAM Copolymer Hydrogels

    Copolymer hydrogels were synthesized by UV-initiated polymerization of polyethylene glycol diacrylate ester(PEGDA)and N—isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM),with Irgacure2959 as an initiator.The swelling behavior of hydrogels with diferent mass ratio of monomer was investigated at diferent temperatures and different pH values.And the volume phase transition of hydrogels was tested in the water at diferent temperatures.The results indicate that,the equilibrium water content of the hydrogels increases with the mass contents of NIPAM monomer and the increase of pH value and decreases with the environmental temperature increasing.After NIPAM monomer is introduced into the hydrogels,with the temperature reaching the low critical solution temperature(LCST),the decreasing of equilibrium water content and swelling ratio accelerates and volume phase transition OCCULTS.The swelling saturation ratio of the hydrogels decreases with the mass contents of NIPAM monomer increasing.Hydrogels increases the delayed swelling performance.

    It studies the preparation of transparent shampoo containing filings antipruritic BDG.The influences of pH value,the dosage of NaC1 and BDG on rheology and bubbling capability are studied.The results show that the shampoo containing pH=6,W(NaCI)=4% and (BDG)=0.8% has the best viscosity,transparency,bubbling quality and stability.

    Based on the concept of error matrix,an optimization model for error-eliminating programming has been presented.The system resource constraint is expressed by the error matrix equation while the conditions and artificial constraints are expressed by the object set in the optimization mode1.With regard to the practical applications, XA 曰has very good explanations for practical issues.It presents the detailed solution to this error-eliminating programming,based on the containing-ype error matrix equation.

    Based on piecewise fuzzy Lyapunov function,the properties of fuzzy control systems employing two-over.lapped fuzzy partition inputs are studied,and the notation of maximal overlapped—rule area is also proposed.These new suficient conditions to check the stability of a T-S fuzzy control system are proposed.The conditions require finding a common positive-definite matrix in each maximal overlapped-rule area,which can reduce the conservation and dificulty of former stability analysis approaches.Finally,an example is given to show the approach is effective and advantageous.

    Abstract:Considering the uncertain delay of networked control systems(NCS),with the sensor node of NCS time-driven.and acuatorand controllers event.driven,the networke control systems was modeled as an uncertain discrete liner system.Then it constructed one lyaupon function,using the relevant knowledge of liner matrix inequalities (LMIs),analyzing the stability of the system,and giving one suficient condition for system stability.At last,an example was given.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method.

    The Application of Malthus Population Model in the Prediction of Guangzhou Population

    The Malthus population model is used to analyse and predict the population data of Guangzhou.It finds that Malthus population model is good for Guangzhou population data,and it can reveal the changes in the population of Guangzhou.The prediction can offer useful information for Guangzhou policymakers.The key index of Malthus population model xk= x0(1+r) is r,and it finds that the good value of r is 1.54% for Guangzhou population data,searched for by a computer.

    For the routing plays an important role in the performance of the network,the shortest path algorithm between two arbitrary nodes in the star graph is proposed.The distance form ula between two points is proved by using the nature of the cycle perm utation of the Group Th eory,and the general algebraic expression for the number of all the shortest paths between two nodes is provided.

    The tactical environment is multiple and has diferent mobile characteristics with different velocities.It builds a channel model for real tactical environment.based on SUI and ITU channel.Then the channel correlation matrix is adopted to correct it.The synthetic simulation of adaptive MIMO—OFDM system over tactical complex nobile environment is established,and it can be an effective method for the awareness,and operational application of the tactical environment.

    The traditional optimized algorithms in machine optimization design are demonstrated.A modern optimized design method-election-survey algorithm is introduced with its theory and characteristics.The results of applying the traditional and the election-survey algorithms are obtained,based on the optimum design of the box-shaped cover board and a two-bar truss structure.And then the optimal solutions and the characteristics of the two algorithms aye compared.The results show that the election-survey algorithm is an effective method for mechanic optimum design.

    The image fusion as well as high—precision measurement method is applied to astronomical image processing,In processing the final image the efective point spread function can be obtained,and the star’S position and brightness information can be got by the e—PSF fitting astrology.The mean precision of x directions was 0.036 pixels,the mean precision of Y directions was 0.044 pixels,and the mean Photometry precision was 0.015magnitude.The measurement results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

    The application of LED in illumination is generalized.LED array with multiple circles with three-dimensions,based on the photometric principle and the luminous characteristic of LED,is modeled in CAD software,A spherical surface with the characteristic of uniform illumination as a light source is achieved,and the model of the reflection with the figure of revolving cone is obtained,which is imposed to TracePro to execute ray tracing to get the chaa of illuminance conforming to the standard of illumination.The structure of designing is simple to save the time of design and the cost of manufacture.

    In the acquisition of visual evoked EEG,a flash needs to be used to stimulate the tester’S eyes at different frequencies and appropriate light intensity.Aiming at this need,it designed a new type of visual evoked potential flash stimulator based on Atmega8 single-chip microcomputer driving LEDs,and analyzed the specific design scheme selection,hardware circuit design,software design.The stimulator complies with medical standards.

    A New Image Distance Applied in Face Recognition

    It presents a new image distance—Image Matching Distance(IMMD).It considers the relationship between every point of the image pixel and the specific area of the corresponding image,and finds the matching point in this special area,to let the image of the gray value and its coordinates into the similarity measure of image.It makes IMMD have good robustness for the changes of face posture,angle,and the expression.The nearest neighbor classifier is used,based on the IMMD for face recognition.The experimental results show that this method is superior to the method based on Euclidean Distance and Image Euclidean Distance.

    Two noise suppression algorithms,which are based on Fast Fourier with windows function and wavelet transformation respectively,are comparatively analyzed for EEG signals.The results show that the noise suppression algorithm with wavelets can deal with various types of low-fequency noise.The conclusion is verifide by simulation results.

    Flammable ice,also called “Gas hydrate,”will be the largest new energy in the future.The causes of flammable ice and its environmental and geotechnical problems are analyzed first from the pevspective of geology ,rock and soil mechanics.It shows that such environmental and geotechnical problems as greenhouse effect,submafine landslide,ecological balance destruction will be caused possibly by irrational exploitation of flammable ice.

    Temperature efects that arise in bridges exposed to the environmental variables are not easily estimated.Based on the Mei Jing Bridge supervision work,the temperature field and the strain field of the box beam are measured on site by means of“Time-Temperature-Deformation-Stress”.It simulated the temperature field with software MIDAS CIVIL and vertified the accuracy of results.By measuring and analysing the difenrences between the theoretical value and the actual values,the temperature effects are better controlled.It provides the basis for real-time correction of elevation of the main beam in Construction Monitoring,and selects the appropriate temperature for the PC continuous box girder bridge closure.

    The application of the Open Caisson Method in the construction of City Canal Water Pumping Station could bring us some financial benefits including avoiding building demolishment and resident removal,and reducing some other costs.Problems such as sinking difficulity,torsional deformation and sinking error of open caisson are likely to arise by applying the Open Caisson Method on the stratified clay level of high plasticity.It discusses some related construction performances and finds out the applicable solutions to these technical problems by adjusting the internal supporting system for earth pressure and adopting comprehensive rectifying deviation method.
