Synthesis and Characterization of Nanometer ZnO with Rheological Phase Reaction

H2C2O4·2H2O and ZnO used as raw materials,nanometer ZnO was prepared with rheological phase reaction method.The optimal preparation conditions were decided by orthogonal test.The precursor(ZnC2O4·2H2O) was synthesized by rheological phase reaction at 60℃.After 3h in 450℃,the precursor decomposed into nanometer ZnO.Precursor’s constitution and decomposition was characterized by FR-IR and TG-DTA,and substance phase and grain size of nanometer ZnO by XRD and TEM.According to the experimental result...
