发动机扭矩控制优化车辆驾驶性能的研究

    A Research on the Optimization of the Driving Performance with the Response speed of the Engine Torque

    • 摘要: 基于转矩控制的发动机管理系统中,踏板开度信号只是反映驾驶员的扭矩需求,发动机管理系统根据加速踏板计算驾驶员的扭矩请求.根据发动机转速变化规律,建立理想的转速模型,当有大的扭矩请求变化时,发动机管理系统采用滤波计算方式使发出的扭矩逐渐达到需求扭矩,以减弱由于动力总成间隙和弹性变形引起的发动机转速波动,提高车辆的驾驶性能,为优化发动机扭矩控制提供一个依据.

       

      Abstract: In the engine management system based on the torque control, the opening angle of the accelerator pedal only reflects the driver’s requirement of the torque. And the engine management system calculates the driver’s torque request through the opening angle of the accelerator pedal. Based on the change regulation of the engine speed, a perfect model of an engine speed is created. When there is a large change of the torque requirement, the actual torque of the engine gradually changes at the driver’s requirement with the method of the filtering, which is to weaken the oscillation of the engine speed caused by the gap and flexible deformation of the power train, which will improve the driving performance. Reference for the optimization of the torque control is provided.
