聚乙烯醇—壳聚糖水凝胶机械性能的研究

Studies on the Mechanical Properties of Polyvinyl Alcohol-Chitosan Hydrogel

摘要: 研究了聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖质量比、溶剂醋酸溶液体积、交联剂戊二醛浓度等对聚乙烯醇—壳聚糖水凝胶机械性能的影响,正交实验的结果表明当m(聚乙烯醇):m(壳聚糖)=4:1、溶剂醋酸体积为80 mL、交联剂戊二醛的浓度为0.213 mol/L时凝胶硬度最大;当m(聚乙烯醇):m(壳聚糖)=6:1、溶剂醋酸体积为100 mL、交联剂戊二醛的浓度为0.213 mol/L时凝胶破裂强度最大.

Abstract: Polyvinyl alcohol-chitosan hydrogel is synthesized and the effects of the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan,the wolume of acetum,the concentration of crosslinker on mechanical properties are studied and optimized by using orthogonal experimental method.The results show that the hardness of hydrogel is the biggest when gelled at 50℃ with a volume of acetum of 80mL,a polyvinyl alcohol to chitosan ratio of 4,and a concentration of crosslinker of 0.213mol/L.The breaking intesity of hydrogel is the biggest when gelled at 50℃with a volume of acetum of 100mL,a polyviny1 alcohol to chitosan ratio of 6,and a concentration of crosslinker of 0.213mo/L.
