摘要： 重点论述了广铁集团多元中心办公自动化系统的总体设计和解决方案.着重突出了系统构成的软硬件基础以及知识管理的概念.并且分析了办公自动化应用系统的核心应用———公文管理和电子邮件的实现方式.总结了办公自动化系统的总体功能.

Abstract: This article mainly discusses the Office Automation System design and solution plan of Polybasicity Center of Guangzhou Railway Group.It emphasizes the hardware and software basis of OA system and the idea of knowledge management.An analysis of the realization of the core application of OA system—document management and e-mail is given,which is followed by a summary of the overall function of OA system.
