Abstract: Due to the prohibition of real estate in rural areas by policies and strong demand for housing, the small property rights housing developed from the rural co-operative financing housing in the urban marginal areas becomes very popular, which receives much academic attention. By adopting Arc-GIS10.0 and SPSS software, the paper systematically analyzes the spatial distribution of the rural co-operative financing housing and its influencing factors in Guangzhou Baiyun District in the 1990s based on spatial analysis and mathematical analysis. The result indicates that the spatial distribution of the rural co-operative financing housing presents strong traffic directivity, spatial agglomeration and regional differences. And the factors of policy, location and income contribute much to the difference of the spatial distribution in the rural co-operative financing housing.
