低分子马来酸酐-牛磺酸共聚物的合成及应用性能研究

Synthesis and Application Performance of  Maleic Anhydride-Taurine Oligomer

摘要: 以牛磺酸和马来酸酐为原料,经酰胺化、环氧化和阴离子开环聚合合成聚环氧N-马来酰-2-氨基乙磺酸钠(P(MA-co-taurine)).采用核磁、红外、质谱、元素分析等手段对目标产物进行结构表征,并通过正交试验设计得出了合成共聚物的最佳工艺条件,即反应温度为95 ℃,反应时间为6 h,催化剂Ca(OH)2质量分数为4%.合成的P(MA-co-taurine)共聚物具有优良、可控的助洗性能.螯合力和分散力分别为326.8 mg CaCO3/g 、124.9 mg CaCO3/g.用摇床实验法证实目标产物有生物降解性,并与其他洗涤助剂进行了洗涤性能比较.

Abstract: odium salt of Polyepoxy N-maleoyl-2-aminoethanesulfonic acid is synthesized from maleic anhydride and taurine via amidate, epoxidation and anion ringopening copolymerization reaction. The structure is characterized with nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. By an orthogonal testing method, the optimized technological conditions are as follows: 95 ℃ of the reaction temperature, 6 h of the reaction time and 4% of the mass fraction of Ca(OH)2. The synthetic copolymer P(MA-co-taurine) has excellent but controllable detergent properties. The chelation and dispersion are 326.8 mg CaCO3/g and 124.9 mg CaCO3/g respectively. The biodegradability of the copolymers can be demonstrated by shaking table test and the properties have been compared with other detergent builders.
