旋流式微混合器的制作及性能分析

摘要: 从层流扩散混合机理出发,设计了一种利用流体自身旋转提高混合效益的被动式旋流微混合器.以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为材料,从理论上分析了在超纯水环境中利用螺丝紧固方法实现微混合器基片和盖板之间封合的可行性,并采用SEM对其密封状况进行表征.通过实验,分析了不同混合腔深度对混合器混合性能的影响,得出在一定尺度范围内随混合腔深度的增加,混合器混合性能得到改善的结论. 更多还原

Abstract: Based on the diffusion theory during laminar flow,a passive vortex micromixer with higher mixing efficiency by rotation of fluids themselves in the mixer is designed.A simplified fabrication technique for the polymethylmethacrylate micromixer is introduced.Without adhesive,the whole process of the seal can be realized by screw fixation in ultra-pure water.and this way can be explained in theory.The depth of mixing chamber,machined surface roughness and appearance of micromixer were also characte...
