摘要: 采用多层半圆柱结构,利用半导体材料的介电常数依赖于入射电磁波波长的特性,设计了可适用于多波长的超越衍射极限的远场超透镜.采用有限元方法对所设计的超透镜进行了数值仿真,结果表明该超透镜满足设计要求.超透镜的工作波长范围可以通过选择不同的半导体材料来进行调节,如果适当改变各介质层的厚度比,也可以对工作波长进行微调.

Abstract: It presents the design of a hyperlens with the multilayered halfcylindrical structure, which can get the farfield optical imaging beyond the diffraction limit at different wavelengths. The hyperlens consists of two kinds of semiconductors whose dielectric permittivity depends on the operating wavelength. Numerical simulation shows that the hyperlens can fulfill farfield superlensing conditions at multiple different wavelengths. The wavelength range of the hyperlens can be controlled by choosing appropriate dielectrics, and each range can be finely tuned via the change in the thickness radio of the two dielectric layers.
