摘要: 为测得变曲率高聚物材料的表面三维轮廓和变形场分布情况,构建一个基于条纹投影技术的三维测量系统,通过采用改进的标定方法实现对系统的高精度标定,然后利用标定好的系统对一块表面凹凸不平的EVA材料板进行表面轮廓测量,对该材料板施加一定作用的力使其产生形变后再对其进行三维轮廓测量,由变形前后采集到的数据经过分析得到该材料的变形场分布情况,从而实现了变曲率高聚物材料表面轮廓和变形场分布的同时测量.

Abstract: In order to measure the surface profile and distribution of deformation of polymer materials with variable curvature, threedimensional measurement system is constructed, based on fringe projection technology. After the high calibration of the system via the use of a new calibration method, the threedimensional profile of an EVA material sheet with an uneven surface was measured. A force was exerted to generate deformation of the sheet, and then its three dimensional profile was measured again. The distribution of deformation was obtained by the analysis of the data collected before and after the deformation. Thus, the surface profile and distribution of deformation of polymer materials with variable curvature were measured.
