Research on Decolorization of Reactive Brilliant Red Dye Solution Via Microwave Irradiation

摘要: 采用微波诱导催化技术,对活性艳红染料废水进行了脱色实验.实验中选用了活性炭、焦炭、纳米二氧化钛、还原铁粉作催化剂,并探讨了催化剂之间的协同作用效应.确定了脱色的最佳实验条件:在染料溶液质量浓度为10 mg/L,微波功率900 W,辐射3 min,活性炭加入的质量分数为5%的实验条件下,脱色率达96.35%,并讨论了影响脱色率的各种影响因素.

Abstract: The reactive brilliant red dye solution was rapidly faded under microwave irradiation in the presence of w=5% activated carbon.The experiment shows that nearly 96.35% of reactive brilliant red is removed when it is irradiated for 3 minutes via microwaves(900W).
