TRIZ中流分析的可拓流模型建立方法研究

    A Research on Extension Model Establishment Method of TRIZ Flow Analysis

    • 摘要: 流是现代发明问题的解决理论(Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems, TRIZ)中的一种新概念,而流分析是基于流形成的系统化分析问题的工具,但形式化研究不足,难以应用于智能设计。本文基于可拓创新方法中的可拓模型建立方法和拓展分析方法,对流与流分析进行形式化研究,利用基元和复合元建立流中所涉及的物体、行为、功能等要素的可拓模型;利用领域知识和拓展分析方法分析这些可拓模型之间的关系,从而建立可拓流模型;再根据流分析方法,识别出有益流或有害流。最后,以某企业充电电源生产工艺缺陷问题为例,利用该方法建立可拓流模型,并识别出有益流和有害流。该研究为进一步获得改善缺陷流的可拓知识研究打下良好基础。

       

      Abstract: Flow is a new concept in modern TRIZ theory, and flow analysis is a tool for systematic analysis of problems based on flow formation. However, formal research is insufficient and is difficult to be applied to intelligent design. Based on the elementary theory of extenics, a formal research on flow and flow analysis is conducted. It takes the material flow in the technical system as the research object, and uses elementary and composite elements to formally express the objects, behaviors, functions and other elements involved in the flow. Based on the structure and other elements, the extension flow model is established, and then the beneficial flow or the harmful flow is identified according to the flow analysis method. Finally, taking a company’s charging power supply production process defect as an example, the method is used to establish an extension flow model and identify the beneficial flow and the harmful flow. This research lays a good foundation for further obtaining extension knowledge research to improve defect flow.
