物场−可拓创新方法研究及应用

    Study and Application of Substance-field Extension Method

    • 摘要: 针对稠油黏度大而难以输送的问题,提出一种融合基元模型和物场分析的物场−可拓创新方法。物场分析具体包含了物场模型、一般解法和标准解法,在创新问题求解过程中一般解与标准解存在相对固定的不足,结合基元模型形式化和可拓性的特点,构建了物场模型的基元表达方式。然后以一般解法为例,建立一般解法的基元模型及其拓展分析方法,并给出了创新问题的物场可拓求解流程,扩大一般解法对问题求解的范围。运用优度评价法对生成的创新方案进行评价,选择最优方案。最后采用物场−可拓创新方法对油水环状流的成型元件进行创新设计,减少稠油输送过程的摩擦损失,证明了物场−可拓创新方法指导产品创新设计的可行性,为实际应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In view of the relatively fixed general solution and standard solution of TRIZ substance field analysis in solving innovation problems, combined with the formalization and extension characteristics of element model, a substance field extension innovation method integrating element model and substance field analysis is proposed. Taking the general solution as an example, the basic element model and its extended analysis method of the substance field model and the general solution are established, the substance field extension solution process of the innovative problem is given, and the scope of the general solution to the problem is expanded. Finally, the forming element of oil-water annular flow is designed by using the material field extension innovation method. It proves that the material field extension innovation method is feasible to guide the product innovation design, and provides a reference for practical application.
