异类多维复合元间的传导规则及其在可拓创新设计中的应用

    Research on Conductive Rules Between Heterogeneous Multi-dimensional Compound-elements and Its Application

    • 摘要: 在可拓创新设计研究中,很多创新设计要素都可以用多维复合元进行形式化表达,且很多都属于异类多维复合元(Heterogeneous Multi-dimensional Compound-elements, HMdCes),它们之间存在着各种复杂的关系,目前还缺乏对这些HMdCes间的传导规则的研究。本文基于基元变换的传导规则,建立了内部不含基元运算的HMdCes间的传导规则和内部含多个基元或基元运算的HMdCes间的传导规则,可以为可拓创新设计创意的生成提供更多推理依据。以ZDY系列一级减速器的功能与结构设计为例,利用文中所建立的HMdCes间的传导规则,验证了规则的普适性和有效性。

       

      Abstract: In the research of extension innovation design, many innovative design elements can be formalized by multi-dimensional complex-elements, and many of them belong to heterogeneous multi-dimensional compound-elements (HMdCes) , and there are various complex relationships among them. At present, there is a lack of research on the conductive rules among these HMdCes. Based on the conductive rules of basic-element transformations, the conductive rules among HMdCes without basic-elements’ operations internally and HMdCes with multiple basic-elements or basic-element’ operations internally are established, which can provide more reasoning basis for the ideas generation of extension innovative design. Taking the design for the function and structure of ZDY series reducer as an example, the conductive rules among HMdCes established in this research are used to verify the universality and effectiveness of the rules.
