水平定向钻进穿越施工对高压电塔安全性影响的评价

    Evaluation of the Impact of Horizontal Directional Drilling Crossing Construction on the Safety of High-voltage Transmission Towers

    • 摘要: 为评估水平定向钻进(Horizontal Directional Drilling, HDD)下穿施工对上方高压电塔结构稳定性的影响,本文开展了施工过程仿真与位移响应分析。利用Midas GTS NX有限元软件,建立了三维模型,模拟了导向钻进、扩孔及管道回拖的施工全过程。数值模拟结果表明,HDD施工引起的电塔各方向位移均显著低于规范限值标准。据此判定,该下穿施工不会危及上方既有电塔的结构安全与正常运行。本实例分析可为类似工程施工的安全评估提供重要的参考依据。

       

      Abstract: This study investigated the impact of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) underneath an existing high-voltage transmission tower through construction process simulation and displacement response analysis. A three-dimensional finite element model was developed using Midas GTS NX to simulate the complete construction process, including pilot drilling, reaming, and pipeline pullback. The numerical simulation results indicate that the displacements induced by HDD in all directions of the tower remain significantly below the standard limits. These findings demonstrate that the underlying construction does not compromise the structural safety or normal operation of the overhead transmission tower. This case analysis provides a valuable reference for safety assessments in similar engineering projects.
