Abstract:
The thermal power generation technology, an environment-friendly way to generate electricity, is a power generation technology by directly converting heat energy into electrical energy with the Seebeck effect. It analyses the heat transfer model of the semiconductor, the power generation module at different temperatures and the thermoelectric properties of the power generation system. It also explores the relationship between the relevant parameters at the time of the optimum performance of the thermal power generation system and provides a valuable theoretical basis for further studies.
